Pac Food’s 2 models of heat sealers give you 2 options, the economical bench top or the easier to use foot pedestal operated.
In sealing bags, you have 2 options:
- clip sealing
- heat sealing
Clip sealing is faster and stronger. While clip sealing your seal area doesn’t have to be 100% clean. Many kitchens though, don’t like to have metal clips in their kitchen.
Heat sealing is cleaner but takes longer. Also, your seal area needs to be clean, otherwise the seal might not hold.
